I guess announcing my summer holiday was a good thing, cause just after I got a new job from Kitchen with IF. I'll be shooting some interior for a friend of mine on monday and I also got a new job to be done straight after summer, we'll be meeting with them on tuesday. The IF shoot is on thursday.

My summer holiday has also expanded from a couple of days in Berlin to a couple of weeks by car around Europe. Sweeeeeet. Can't wait, will leave next saturday.

Summer Holiday

That's it so far. I'll be doing some accounting this week but other than that it's time for my summer holiday. Back at work the 1st of August. Might blog some personal shait during the vacation. I'll enjoy some weekends here and there as well as a week in Berlin. Have a nice one everybody.

Samsung

Did a promotional shoot for NRK last week, shooting Radioresepsjonen. This week I'll be doing postproduction on a book photographed by the legend Knut Bry.

Vinmonopolet

The pictures I did for Vinmonopolet with TRY ad agency is now out and can be seen pretty much everywhere for the next couple of weeks. Really pleased with this one, great art direction and text. The lovely Tone and Silje were the team I worked with.

Actor

Today I participated in a Westerdals film production, I think I was supposed to be a crazy scientist that had fun with tiny, innocent animals. That bit me and pissed on me. Thanks Øistein.

New Website

At last, my brand new webiste is up and running. Still a few minor things to sort out, like the text you see when hovering the thumbs, in what order the pictures are etc. But it's good enough for publishing at least.

It got a bit too late yesterday considering I had a shoot this morning, but it was all worth it cause I met a new friend of mine. Kalle the hedgehog, he is my next hedge neighbor.

ProfDoc

These are some of the portraits done for ProfDoc, these were shot in Norway, Sweden, Latvia and South Africa. The creators of the annual report and my employees are WORK, a very talented design collective.

Not much happening at the moment, pretty quiet. So will use this week to finish and publish my new website and get some other things done that has been hanging over me for quite some time now.

This is the campaign I did some time back for Det Nytter, the ads are going out in Dagbladet during the next couple of weeks. This job was done with Virtual Garden and the superb art director Mattis Bentzen.

Black Beauty

It's a good thing Norway only has one birthday a year. Jeez.
This week seems to be quite calm, so I'll try to do some office-work, sort out pictures for my upcoming website and send out some mails and postcards to tell people I'm alive and ready to work.
The rest of the time I'll just cruise the highways with my new babemagnet of a car.

Jeeez. I'm a weak ass blogger these days.
I've been working a lot and hanging out a lot.
Finished pretty big ad's for IF, Det Nytter, Viagra, Eiendomsmegler1, Samsung and Vinmonopolet. Good times workwise at least.

I'll post everything once I'm allowed. Pretty cool to know that every person buying liquor in this country the next year will se my photos.

I want to start this week with a smile even though last week ended with grief. I got a new job from the superb agency Try, I haven't worked with them before so that's fab'. It's a really cool shoot that will end up on boards all over the place.

Medicine to a bad day;

Emotional Week

Spent almost all of last week in bed, with fever, caughing and feeling sorry for myself. Spent a lof the bedtime thinking about personal and business related issues.

Then come this weekend and I lost my beloved grandma, even though it was pretty clear that her time had come it really shooked me, she was amazing and I loved her very much. I'll miss her smile, her spirit, her sense of humour and sarcasm. Lots of love Ebba, thanks for everything. You shall not be forgotten.

Some ad's I did some time back, there were some "issues" with the male model we had booked so ended up using my assistant(good for us he looks like a million dollars, at least with todays value of it, the dollar that is), then the client didn't approve the chosen picture so had to use another one etc. etc. probably not my finest moment but still. Here it is.

I've finished 5 different jobs during the last three days. My shoulder hurts and my eyes has turned into squares. After today I only have one more job to finish and then I'm freeeeeee.

Lack of energy

I'm tired. The 12-hour day has become more of a rule than a rarity. Getting way less sleep than I need, eat junk food and when the weekends arrive I spend them with friends enjoying one beer two many instead of relaxing.

I miss Cape Town.

Visit Denmark

Not my most difficult shoot but a fun day. Can be seen as ads in most newspapers. Did a shoot for Samsung today that went very well.

It seems that client is very happy with my portraits from abroad, so hopefully I'll get to travel some more in time. Yeah. They will be using 14 different portraits from the trip, and I'll post them all here once ready.

I know, these are quite old now but still quite funny. And mondays need funny.

Week 15

Had a nice trip to Bergen thursday, shot the third portrait for the Det Nytter campaign, the fourth and last portrait I'll be doing tomorrow. Friday I shot 80(yes, that's eighty) real estate brokers. But amazingly enough we were finished before schedule, now it's only postproduction left. On wednesday I'll shoot some ads for Samsung and next tuesday I'll shoot some ads for If Insurance. That will end an extremely busy month, and hopefully I can finish my fashion portfolio and schedule some new meetings at magazines and ad agencies.

FORZA STABÆK

New Car

I did something crazy today. I bought a car. It's a first for everything I guess. I'll most likely receive it the first week of May. It's nothing fancy thou, but for me a car is a car and I'm superstoked anyhow. It's a Citroen Berlingo in black.

I'm heading to Bergen tomorrow for a job. More flying, yeah. Did a shoot for Visit Denmark yesterday which was a funny day. Costumes and all.

Back Home

So, I got back from my trip this weekend. And this week is also fully booked, shooting monday, tuesday, thursday and friday. Three different jobs, then most likely three shooting days next week as well. Good times I guess.
During todays shoot a film-crew from NRK followed us, so I will be on TV some time in May. Yeah.

Will make a Cape Town post one day, with the highlights from my trip. It was superb.

Tonight I'm literally sleeping at the airport. Heading to Cape Town at 06.20 tomorrow morning. This is the view from my window.

Stockholm City

Been hangin out in Stockholm for two days now, shooting more portraits for the annual report I'm doing. Had some spare time as well checking the city out. I like it. Even though it snowed sideways for quite some time I got to see quite a bit.
