The Cars

My car has been overhauled at the mechanics today and it seems that it's condition was far better than I had anticipated. That's good news. Lots of phonecalls and mails forth and back to get next weeks shoot together. I'll be shooting monday and tuesday next week, wednesday I'll do postproduction and thursday I'll be leaving for London. Yeah.

As a photographer good equipment is alfa omega and later today I'll receive three new Hensel studioflashes from Askim FagImport. I'm really looking forward to start working with them, with the 3 flashes I already have I now have 6 which hopefully will last a lifetime. ;-)

The Talented Mr. Olsson

How does he do it?
This image is created by one of my favourite photographers, the great swede Petrus Olsson. He creates images that has several stories within one picture. I wish he could show me how he works with the shooting, lighting and photoshopping. I wanna create stuff like this. Check out his work at the superb swedish agency Adamsky.

R.I.P.

I was out photographing today when I saw this cute little bird crashing into a window and plummeting down to the ground. The old man who lived there was out in the garden and I told him what I saw. We went and picked it up, the poor thing had probably broken his wing. The old man said he would take care of him and eventually kill him if it could no longer fly. You can see that it cries on the picture.



Just minutes after this tragic incident I got a phonecall telling me that the superb studio already containing living legends Sebastian Ludvigsen, Pål Rødahl and Sigve Aspelund wanted me to join them. The place is fantastic. I'll post pictures from it after I have moved in in a couple of weeks.

Life is full of surprises. The meeting last friday went really well and I'll be doing a quite large shoot next week.

Bææææ

These are the Ads for the Norwegian Refugee Council that I did some time back. So if you want to purchase a gift that matters this christmas go to and buy someone who needs it a goat or some hens. You can also get these beautiful tees along with the gift. I think they will have a brand new website up from the 5th of November.

I am also having a very important meeting tomorrow. Might be a very nice job coming up.

Taking care of bizniz

Shot some pictures for a hairdresser today. It's for an upcoming contest.

Hey, how u doin?

Wow, its been a very long time since the last update. Sorry.

Have done four jobs for Saatchi & Saatchi as of lately, one for Visa, one for Norsk Journalistlag, another one for Defa and the last one for Kirkens SOS. Also did a job with SMFB, this one was for Flyktningehjelpen.
I will do some hairpictures for a hairdresser this week, will also try to photoshop some ancient files.

My life is going along quite allright. There, I have updated.
Once again I proclaim that from now on it will be more frequent updates.

This is the thing I did for Norsk Journalistlag. The pages were glued together in the middle so that it seemed like the handcuffs were locked, but then you slightly seperated them the handcuffs broke. Pretty fancy ey?

Catch up

Did a shoot today for Visa. Next week I'll do a shoot for the Norwegian Refugee Council. And I have an ad out in Ny Tid, it is for Norsk Journalistlag. I still have ton of retouching to do on some fashion shots I have done.

Oh, I ate lunch here the other day. It's beautiful up there, Cafe Utsikten.

Good times

I must say I became pretty shocked when surfing around youtube I saw a clip featuring the employees at my accountant office.

Rule Copenhagen

Trine and I spent a weekend in Copenhagen a couple of weeks back. We went to the zoo.


Ten quid if you can tell which is which between Trine and the monkey.

Rule Britannia

I am a huge anglofan and can never get enough of the great island southwest of us. I am also a huge fan of this song, one of my favourites, it gives me goosebumps and makes me daydream of beeing part of the british navy a couple of hundred years back.

Hair and there

Me and Kristoffer from Saatchi & Saatchi did a really cool job this other day, I think it will look really cool in the magazines. I publish it once it's out. Also did a shoot with hairstylist Rahil from Mo Lounge, and these two pictures were the ones she selected for the competition.



I bought a GPS for my car today, how cool is that.

Would my life be easier or more difficult if me and her switched brains. Just wondering.

Well, like...

Hmm. What happened? Time went by so fast and once again my blog had a severe lack of updates. Well, lets try again then.
I did a picture for Kreativt Forum, it was for one of their breakfast meetings with Bollywood as the theme.



The portraits that I did of Petter Stordalen way back is finally out, so run down to Denmark and buy Dagbladet Pleasure. It's like the danish cousin of DN.







Oh and, I'll try to update more often again. Wolf Wolf.

Update #2

Last night B, H, S and Me went to Bogstad for a refreshing swim. This picture is taken while everybody still has a good time, so that would be before I kicked their asses in mini-golf.




I guess it would come out one way or another. The real reason for my lack of updates; I've been busy practising my synchronized swimming skillz.

It's Alive !!!!

Yes. The blog has been summoned back from the dead. Are u as excited as we are????
Both me and the blog has had quite a long summer vacation, but now it's back to work for good for the both of us. I will again update the blog as often as I bother, hopefully a couple of times a week at least. Not much to report from this summer, it has been lazy. Been in Oslo and Copenhagen. That's it.

Well, the first pictures I will post this way around is the shoot I did way back in June with Kine & Faruk. I'm quite happy with it. Whatcha think?

PS

Did a beautyshoot on monday that went great. Really happy with the results. Have about 20 of my own pictures I have to get done but since I'm retouching a book by Knut Bry containing about 200 pictures I have to get those done first. It sucks being in the studio with the weather that's outside today. But what does feel good is the fact that Stabæk is on good way to win the series in the upper divison of norwegian soccer. Yeah.
Only two more days before I'll get superdrunk at Kai's birthday.

SwEdEn

Me and Trine went to visit two friends that rented a cabin in Sweden the last couple of days. It was superb. I might have got a new job today as well, will be attending a meeting on tuesday. Trying to book the model for the beautyshoot on monday as well.

I'm such a wuss

This gave me goosebumps and made me cry.......

The Weekly Update

Don't know why I can't seem to update more often than once a week as of lately. This week I blame the weather, or thank the weather if that suits you best. Had a birthday dinner with some friends thursday and went out to eat with family friday. Friday night me & Trine went to Bogstad to feed the fishes and take a swim. Saturday it was Østervann that got the pleasure to coolen off our bodies, I love that place. Then I spent the night with Kai and all the food he had prepared. Spent about 11 hours in the studio yesterday shooting some fashion pix, that was HOT. But I really like some of the pix that we made.

Such fantastic weather, worked all weekend but spent yesterday in the park and on the basketball court beneath my apartment. Got assigned to a small job to be shot at wednesday. Finished the first picture of Faruk & Kine today, even though I like to show pics in their series I guess I can put the first one out here.

Happy Birthday (to me)

Yessiree. It's my birthday today, 25 years old. And I had to drive an hour in the rain this morning to take some pictures in the gorgeous Drammen. A funny thing happenend and suddenly 25 german businessmen with approx. 100 mill. in their bank accounts started to sing happy birthday for me. That was cute. A quick stop at the apartment before I'm now heading out to work until 23.00. Yeah, great birthday.

The shoot with Kine & Faruk yesterday went great. Superb models. Will post the pics here next week once they have been perfected by my photoshoptouch.

Mr. Productive

It has been a great day. Started it out by busting Eiriks ass playing squash. Then I met up with Åsmund for another superb lunch at Kai's tea lounge. Sent out 20 envelopes with pictures in them around to different contacts within the business. Set up some lights tonight for tomorrows shoot. Will be photographing Faruk and Kine from TopModels.
As always I used my girl for the testing.

Naughty By Nature

Went hiking in the forest saturday from Frognerseteren to Skjennungstua. The weather was beautiful and the forest itself was awesome as always. I love nature. Later that evening we went to dinner at Kai's before heading to Hells Kitchen. Will be shooting three fashion shoots the next couple of weeks, hopefully I'll get some smashing pictures out of them. Need to arrange some meetings before summer kicks in as well.
