Improving

It's a bit quiet work-wise at the moment so I'm spending my time trying to improve my photoshop skills. I went out yesterday and photographed some pictures with the intensions to make a picture out of it today. I believe the only way to get better at something is to spend a lot of time practicing, learning how to avoid the mistakes. It's nothing special about this picture but I want to publish it anyhow to showcase my work as I'm trying to become a good retoucher. I feel that the most important thing for me now is to get more experienced and becoming more secure as to how I want to create things.

Radio Norge

The campaign I did for Radio Norge is finally out, it can be seen on boards all over the place and next week in several magazines including Dagbladet Magasinet. The pictures are done in collaboration with Los & Co ad agency.

Soccer

There is nothing like a penalty kickoff with equal assumptions. It was a tight race but in the end I managed to kick the shit out of my 7 year old nephew.

Peter Beste

It's a great exhibiton with photographer Peter Beste at Oslo
Kunstforening opening today. It features great documentation of the
Norwegian black metal scene as well as the rapscene in Houston. It's
up until the 13th of September. Highly recommended by yours truly.

Photoshop

Some people are just killing it in photoshop, I wanna be able to murder something as well. So many talented artists around the world, so much inspiration on the net. I really got to work hard everyday if I want to go somewhere in this industry. Jeez.

Yes, I've been working a couple of days now and it's time to start the blog again. Had a superb summer and is very ready to get back in action. Hopefully it won't be long until the jobs come pouring in, is already a couple in the making. And the ads I did with Radio Norge is finally going out, probably this or the next weekend. I'll post it here as soon as I can because I'm very happy with them.
Now I'm printing pictures to send out to people I'm working with and people I want to work with.
